Q

Test for Achilles/Calcaneal tendon

A
  1. Stand on toes, observe achilles tendon see if it is narrowed or have gaps
  2. lay in prone position, ask them to plantarflex against resistance, while palpating the tendon. see how well they resist and if there is narrowing of the tendon
    (3. calf squeeze test see if foot moves when calf is squeezed)
