B: Send him in, please

Announcing the visitor’s appointment
A: Mr. Travis will see you now, sir. If you’ll just follow me

B: I’m sorry, but the manager is just on the telephone at the moment
I’m afraid Mr. Travis is still in a meeting/has not come back from lunch yet/has already gone home.
B: If you’d like to take a seat for a moment
