Feasibility
The state or degree of being easily or conveniently done, depends on time required, ethical constraints, cooperation of others (ex. gatekeepers), cost
Grounded Theory
Social theory that is rooted in observations of specific concrete detail, inductive, systematic analysis and comparison of ideas and data
Ecological Fallacy
When group characteristics/findings are applied to individuals
Reductionism
applying individual level data to large groups
Spuriousness
An association b/w two variables is not true but variation in both is actually caused by a third variable
Tautology
circular reasoning, explanation simply restates the same thing
Teleology
An explanation in terms or an ultimate goal
