- Animation that shows the construction of the project over time.

A
Create a schedule/sequence, upload to appropriate software, link elements to the scedule, run animation.

What are pros and cons of 4D BIM?
A
Pros:
- Construction related clashes can be discovered and safety improved.
- Can be good visually for stakeholders/clients.
- Shows how the site interacts with the external areas.

- FlashBIM
- Models and sequence need to be accurate

A
- 4D + costing
- Automatically updated via the model so speeds up process of costing.

What are the pros and cons of 5D BIM?
A
Pros:
- Can help with cashflow management.
- More efficient than a manual take-off.
Cons:
- If the info is inaccurate, the calculations may be wrong.
