3.8.1 AC sources

When a DG is declared inoperable, normally the components/ functions supported by that DG are not declared inoperable (cascade)…….unless…..?

if this situation happens, how long do you have to declare component inoperable?

• The required redundant components is already inoperable
• you have 4 hours from time of discovery (that both DG and redundant equipment) to declare the component supported by the DG inoperable.
