If two channels of CET’s are required to be operable, How many CET’s are required to be operable for PAM’s to be operable?

Does is matter what train (A or B) the CET’s are located in?

2 channels required

1 channel = 2 CET (1 inner CET, 1 periphery CET)

therefore 4 CET’s required

It does not matter what train the CET’s are located in (i.e. all can be in train A and the T.S. Would still be met)
