A

Using a specifically constructed custodian bollard wrench and a lift bar. One wrench is assigned to engine 15 and another is available at the quarters for use by relocated units. The custodian Ballard Ranch is slightly smaller than the custodian hydrant wrench. A metal Halligan Hook maybe use in place of the lifting bar
