Negative effectiveness of probation

A

Prisoners who’s home lives led to their sentence, will find it difficult to rehabilitate.
—> will most likely end up back in prison.
The cycle of poverty prevents people from leading different lives.
Probation allows some flexibility on the handling of criminal offenders.
