Near death experiences-more likely to believe in LAD is they have witnessed a life after death
Evidence of the spiritual world-if someone witnesses this they are likely to believe there is a world beyond
Evidence of re-incarnation- person sees or experiences reincarnation that will believe it’s real
Exorcisms-many non religious people believe in the possession of people by evil spirits this can be considered evidence of a spiritual realm.
Why some people do not believe in life after death
- do not believe in God and the immaterial so do not believe in the after life
- there are very different beliefs about the after life within religion. They can’t all be right, perhaps none of them are
- nowhere PHYSICAL for life or death to take place
- had no experience them-self (numinous) to lead them to believe in the after life

- there is a spiritual world but we shouldn’t interact with it
- re incarnation don’t believe in it
