This is a widely accepted tool to assess body composition. The score will reflect how heavy the person is, relative to his or her height.
Body Mass Index
this depends on the current fitness level and type of activity performed. It is important to provide rest days to allow the body to recover.

this refers to the difficulty level of the workout. It is ideal too set a workload that is more challenging than what one is used to.
