No handgun purchase permit or firearm purchase ID card shall be issued to :

Temporary transfer of firearms
May temporarily transfer a handgun to another 18 yrs or older whether or not the person receiving the firearm holds a firearms purchaser ID card or permit to carry a handgun.
A transfer under this subsection shall be for not more than 8 consecutive hours in any 24 hours period and may be made for a set fee or an hourly charge.
