What are the five functional areas of incident command system ICS
Command, operations, planning, Logistics, Finance/Administration
Comprehensive emergency management plan
Authorized under Florida State Statute 252 to ensure that coj is prepared to deal with all hazards and precise in five pillars of Emergency Management. Prevention, preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation.
Officers shall complete, NIMS Training
IS 100, 200, 700, 800, & @ Academy
Sergeants shall complete, NIMS Training
ICS 300
Lt’s shall complete, NIMS Training
ICS 400
Effected personnel will train for ICS how often
Annual training
How often will full tabletop exercises be conducted
Every other year, Biennial
ICS incidence and function
1 national resources eoc. 2 local control EOC. 3 multiple operation periods Beyond initial maybe run by an EOC or a Type 3 all Hazard management team. 4 One period perational, Watch Commander ICS 201 form. 5 one or two resources does not extend into any additional operational periods.
A written incident Action Plan will include at a minimum what forms
Into the objectives 202, organizational assessment list 203, and assignment list 204
