• It is similar to the Related t-Test. The main difference is that in the Unrelated t-Test, there should be 2 separate groups of P’s (ie. unpaired).

The Mann-Whitney Test is a test of difference (or similarity) for data from an independent measures design. It focuses on ranks & is used when you have ordinal data.
