Nearly always drug induced

Fever
Mucosal and skin ulceration and necrosis
How does pyoderma gangrenosum present?
Wide (10cm), deep ulceration with violent border, undermined edge, and purulent surface
Where does pyoderma gangrenosum commonly occur?
On legs
How does pyoderma gangrenosum appear once its healed?
Cribiform (pitted) scars

High-dose systemic steroids
