221-04 Answer: FID( Force Investigation Div ) will direct You(P/S) to secure all weapons discharged . FID supplies MOS w temp replacement gun if nec. NOTE: Operations notifies FID ,not D/O .
221-23 Alcohol testing - Prudent NOT to ingest 4hrs prior to start.

221-03Each incident will be assigned one Threat, Resistance or Injury (T.R.I.) incident # regardless of the # of MOS involved, or the # of subjects or civilians involved.
Each MOS who used force or whose actions caused an injury to a non- member, had force used against them, was injured attempting to apprehend a subject or control an individual or individuals, or was responsible for a prisoner who was injured or attempted/committed suicide must complete a separate THREAT, RESISTANCE OR INJURY (T.R.I.). For example, if a police officer is assaulted n 3 additional officers use force to effect the arrest, all 4 officers will prepare a separate WORKSHEET detailing the force used against them N the force used to effect the arrest, as well as any injuries sustained by all parties.
221-07 A MOS may be required to complete more than one WORKSHEET. For example, if a member uses force against 2 separate individuals in the same incident, the member must complete 2 WORKSHEETS, 1 for each individual.
OC spray minimum distance 3 ft away. When do you need to replace OC spray . After 5 one-second bursts. OC spray has 10 one-sec bursts in it .
221-05 SPI OR DOA from Police action P/S requested . P/S notify D/O . D/O notify ?
221-05 Answer: PB , Operations , IAB, Det. Squad, CO/XO

221-08 CEW( Conducted Electrical Weapon ) D/O cmd log entry listing CEWs w serial# n cartridges at start of tour , inoperable notify CO – for cop, notify D/O – , when assigned CEW put in cmd log n Roll call . What is the priority list ?
221-08 Answer: #1 desk, #2 supervisor performing patrol, #3 UMOS preference to FTO then NCO . NOTE : accidental discharge = A/L n Cmd Log
221-03 All will require notify PB , Ops , IA in use of force : level 2or3, excessive force suspected, prisoner attempt suicide, however excessive force alleged doesn’t , why?
221-03 Answer: needs to have injury to qualify
221-06 in regards to TRIs , when level 1 P/S will do part B , your cop does part A , notify D/O . if member SI/DOA request D/O notify CO/XO, if unavailable ?
221-06 Answer :D/O will notify PB for Duty Cpt. NOTE: PDS is notified when outstanding suspect or further investigation required.
221-08 who notifies FTS , get Log # n entry in Telephone record for CEW discharge?
221-08 Answer: Immediate Supervisor n will also fwd TRI copies to CO of FTS , but notify Borough Investigations if data from CEW needs upload. D/O will make cmd log entry.
