Ensure immediate supervisor has taken digital photographs of subject, civilian non member of the service or bystander and MOS w/ department issued smartphone of visible injuries including any location on the body where an injury is claimed but not visible.

Report findings and recommendations to IAB review all TRI (s) prior to completion of tour. Electronically, sign

-photos should be taken of any pre-existing injuries.
Photos should be taken in a manner to maintain privacy when appropriate. Member of the same sex should take pictures, when appropriate.
