Incontinence:
Involuntary leakage of oxygen

Urgency with or without leakage
Pharmacological treatment for OAB:
1st choice: Oxybutynin (immediate release), Tolterodine (immediate release), Darifenacin (once daily)

Antimuscarinics
Mirabegron (Betmiga 50mg) if antimuscarinics not tolerated
Desmopressin
Duloxetine
Contraindications in pharmacological treatment for OAB:
Do not give oxybutynin to frail older women
Surgical treatment:
For vaginal wall prolapse colporrhaphy or colpo-perineorrhaphy, uterine prolapse (hysterectomy), SUI (bulking agents, vaginal tapes), OAB botox, PTNS
What is PTNS
Percutaneous sacral nerve stimulation
Treatment for anterior vaginal wall prolapse?
(cystocele) -> anterior colporrhaphy
Treatment for posterior vaginal wall prolapse?
(rectocele) -> posterior colpo-perineorrhaphy
