Usability is when users can find what they want directly and fast and the information is satisfying and clea- defined by 5 quality components:
- Learnability: how easy is ti for users to accomplish basic tasks the first time they encounter the design Efficiency: once user have learned the design, how quickly can they perform tasks?
- Efficoemcy: once uses have learned the design, how quickli can they perform tasks?
- Memorability: when users return to the design after a period of not using it, how easily can they reestablish proficiency?
- Errors: how many errors do users make, how severe are these efforts, and how easily can they recover fro the errors?
- Satisfaction: how pleasant is it to use the design?
User Experience:
encompasses al aspects of the end-user’s interaction with the company, its services, and its products.
