what are spatial associations?
tendency of a pair of services, events and objects to be located near each other. for example: lifts and stairways are often located next to each other/ fitness centres near hdb blocks allows elderlies to easily access them without travelling to another estate/ train stations and bus interchange located near each other so it makes it more convenient for users to switch. Understanding this can allow users to plan their travel time accordingly
