Q

What is the function of a nephron?

A

1 - Glomerulus in Ultrafiltration = filtration from the blood of water, glucose, urea, mineral ions
2 - Selective Reabsorption = reabsorbs ALL the glucose, some of the ions and most of the water BACK into the blood
3 - Formation of Urine = Urea, excess water, excess ions
