classify severity
assess knowledge and skills for self managment
id environmental factors
offer appropriate meds
moderate asthma tx
low dose inhaled corticosteroid and LABA
OR
medium dose inhaled corticosteroid alone
tdap in adults
11+: Get Tdap and td every 10 years
2 doses Td at least 4 weeks apart and 3rd dose 6-12 months after 2nd dose
if incomplete, up to 3 doses
for adults 19-64 with chronic heart/lung/liver disease, alcoholism or DM
administer PPSV23
