Soft Wood tree, they stay green all year around.
What type of tree is Deciduous and what happens to it around the year?
It’s a hard wood tree and it loses its leaves in autumn

Different Cross-Sections as well as different lengths, widths and thicknesses.
What is the typical size reduction of planed timber compared to nominal size?
Approximately 3mm smaller
True or False: Hardwoods are generally stronger than softwoods. Why?
True because they have a tighter and denser grain.
What is a unique feature of dowel rods?
Circular sections of wood available in different diameters
