The usual Safety standards, regulations and legislations as well as the safety procedures required for that one specific thing.
This is to ensure the safety of the consumer, producer and the environment.
What is tolerance?
It’s a certain band in measurements where there is a maximum and minimum value that is acceptable, anything beyond that is bad and must be scrapped.
What is testing?
Seeing if a product is of good quality, serves its function well and will let a long time.
What is inspection?
Seeing whether the product has met the desired qualities set in place at the start.
When should you carry out testing and inspection and why?
Best to do it every step of the way to ensure the finished product is of best quality.
What is the diffference between quality assurance and control?
Assurance is the prevention of problems
Control is the detection of problems.
