Define a Missed Training Opportunity (MTO)
Loss of a course quota by a command
List examples of a MTO
- a command has quota for a student who did not report and command does not provide a replacement
- a command cancels a granted quota in 4 or fewer working days prior to course convening without providing a replacement
- a student does not meet prerequisites(no waiver)
- a student is absent too much from course to the extent of not obtaining enough credit
- a student cannot obtain credit due to command recall
Who has the responsibility to report a MTO
TSCs/TSDs(student admin) will submit MTO reports
