Q

What is the purpose of the stick shaker?

A

Act as a stall WARNING , provide the pilot with a feeling of buffet indicating to pilot immediate action needs to take place. More demanding then light or horn.

Q

Describe the purpose of the Calibrating balancing coil and Resistance Element

A

Calibrating balance coil - Constant temp/resistance characteristic for each bulb, compensates for any slight change in physical characteristic.
Resistance Element - At bottom end of bulb so it is closest to sensed liquid or has minimizing error.
