Technology that is designed to change attitudes or behaviors of the users through persuasion and social influence

The tool increases the user’s capability by facilitating the target behaviour.

The medium provides experience by allowing people to explore cause and effect relationships.
In relation to persuasive technology, describe the social actor.
The social actor creates the relationship by rewarding people with positive feedback and modelling the target behaviour. It also provides social support
What is the Japan Moonshot project?
A project aimed at overcoming the problem of declining birthrates, ageing population and labour shortage.
What is the goal of the Japan Moonshot project?
To create a society free from the limitations of the body, brain, space and time.
What is a service robot?
It is a robot that performs useful tasks for humans or equipment, excluding industrial automation applications.
When would you use service robot?
When the given task is dirty, dull, dangerous or repetitive.

What is the Internet of Things?

Why do people consider IoT a misnomer?
Devices do not need to be connected to the public internet, only to a network and individually addressable.
What is business/domain logic?
The part of a program that encodes the real-world business rules that determine how data can be created, stored and changed.
