  2. Operator inspects each item on the form before and after operation
  3. Operator indicates by a check mark any item that does not function properly (remarks may be left for more details)
  4. Operator turns in the form to the dispatcher at the end of each day unless a deficiency is discovered that would require immediate attention by a mechanic.
