What is a CUIT?
Core Unique Instructor Training – specialized training for instructors in high-risk courses.
Define High-Risk.
Any training activity that exposes personnel to the risk of death, permanent disability, or severe occupational illness.
What is the difference between Voluntary and Involuntary Courses?
Voluntary courses allow trainees to DOR (Drop on Request), whereas involuntary courses are required for assignment.
Define DOR.
Drop on Request – a trainee voluntarily requests to leave training.
Define TTO.
Training Time Out – used to halt training when a safety issue arises.
Define EAP.
Emergency Action Plan – procedures for responding to emergencies during training.
