A

It is safely in equilibrium (e.g. a rock on flat surface)

What does it mean if something is in an unstable equilibrium?

A

It is in equilibrium but even a small perturbation would result in it falling out of that equilibrium

A

In the middle of stable and unstable so this means that it would be affected by some perturbations but not the small ones
