HTN is Grade A for who?
All adults 18+
Osteoporosis is Grade B for who?
Women 65+ Younger women with a 10-year fracture risk of 9.3% or greater
Height/weight is Grade B for who?
All adults and adolescents
Recommends against use.

Digital vs. film mammography is what grade?
Grade I
BRCA is a Grade D for who?
Anyone without family hx.
Moderate degree of certainty that the net benefit is substantial.
Grade B
Alcohol misuse is Grade B for which group?
All adults age 18+
Hep B is a Grade A for who?
All pregnant women
Hep C is Grade B for who?
All adults born between 1945-1965 and anyone at increased risk.
BRCA is Grade B for who?
Women with a family hx associated with an increased risk for BRCA gene mutations.
Not for routine use. May be justified for certain individuals.
