A
  • dendritic cells (antigen presenting, rotate between skin & lymph nodes)
  • T cells (CD4 helper, CD8 killer)
  • also macrophages, neutrophils & mast cells

reminder - what do Th1, Th2, Th17 do?

A

these are all CD4+ helper T cells

  • Th1 = activate macrophages
  • Th2 = help B cells (secrete IL 4,5,13)
  • Th17 = modulate skin & mucosal immunity (secrete IL 17)
