A

One or more red papules at the site of inoculation are followed by fever and regional lymphadenopathy. eyes in 5–10%. neuroretinitis - disc oedema with macular exudate in a star conformation. intermediate uveitis, focal retinochoroiditis, vasculitis, and conjunctivitis with a 2–4 mm conjunctival granuloma (Parinaud oculoglandular syndrome)
