A
Depends on their underlying conditions
Patients >65 may need an ECG before major surgery
Patients with renal impairment need FBC and ECG before surgery
Patients with diabetes may need an ECG

In patients with hyperkalaemia
Can cause malignant hyperthermia
In penetrating eye injuries or glaucoma as it can cause increased intra ocular pressure
