X-Ray/CT, Nuclear Imaging and MRI, and more recently optical. Used to: Diagnose cancer by determining the presence and the location of solid tumors, Monitor the changes in such tumors following treatment, 3) Measure non-invasively drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
