What is the DAP?
The original method for selling Zurich products but now we use a tablet
What is Zurich?
A Swiss based insurance group that sells products to protect a cars value amongst a lot of other things
What is VSC?
VSC is a vehicle service contract designed to provide mechanical breakdown coverage on non-exotics
What levels of VSC exist?
Powertrain, standard, and comprehensive
What are the additional benefits for VSC?
Rental reimbursement, emergency roadside assistance, and trip interruption coverage
What’s optional coverage?
These are riders that allow vehicles with snow plows or used for deliveries or ride sharing to be covered
What’s important to know about the optional coverage?
Optional coverage can be added at a later date and must be added if a claim is made on a personal vehicle turned commercial vehicle
What’s the eligibility on a new vehicle plan?
New vehicle plans are usually the least expensive must be under 4 years old and under 100k miles
What’s the deductible on a new vehicle plan?
$100
How’s the new vehicle plan expiration calculated?
When the car hits 100k miles e.g. a car with 20k miles only gets 80k miles of coverage
What’s the eligibility on a used vehicle plan?
0-15 years old and under 200k miles
What’re the deductibles on a used vehicle plan?
$0 $100 $100 waiver (default)
How’s the used vehicle plan expiration calculated?
Contract date of sale and current odometer e.g. a car with 20k miles will be covered to 120k miles
