tx long acting doxycycline + rifampicin

Borrelia burgdorferi
spirochaete in wild deer
PC:
- cardiac disorders: pericarditis, cardiomegaly, heart block
- erythema migrains
- acrodermatitis chronica artroficans (ACA) extensor surfaces bluish red discolouration
- lymphocytoma: blue solitary painless nodules
- neuroborreliosis: CNVII palsy
tests: Serology, EM
Tx: doxycycline
