A

P: He exaggerated the power of roles.
E:only a third of the guards behaved brutally , the rest supported prisoners.
E: he overstates the brutality of the prisoners, reducing validity of study.

E: prisoner 416 thought it was a prison run by psychologists.
E:replicated the roles of guard and prisoner juts as in a real prison, increasing internal validity.

A

P: lacked the realism of a true prison .
E: Mohavedi- participants were ‘play acting’. They were only using their stereotypes on what their roles are like.
E: tells us little about how they would truly act.
