How do you explain the strength of the obedience alibi?
A
-The men of the reserve police battalion 101 received orders to carry out a mass of killing Jews.
-Trapp (their officer) made an offer to his men that anyone who didn’t feel ‘up to this duty’ could be assigned to do something else.
-only a small minority took up Trapp’s offer
