Explain the position of Rational or Scientific Humanism.
Rational humanism is the stance that embraces we are the doing of things, not God. It says that humans are capable of making ethical and important decisions, not god. We are the basis of morality and decision making. Not superstitious things such as superstitions. Rational does not refute God, but he plays a less active role with and problems.
Scientific Humanism is the stance that science can solve the majority of earth problems. Humans are not seen as higher than anything else but are placed in the natural world along with lower animals, plants, rocks, minerals, etc. Scientific reject anything of the transcendent dimension
Rational are more agnostic and place all responsibility on humans as we are better than all animals etc. Whilst Scientific is more atheist and we see ourselves as equal to all other animals and most problems can be solved not through morals but through science.

Describe the rituals of Bible Study
Bible study is the study of Gods word through the Bible. It can be done in many ways. It can be done individually or with a group. The bible is open to interpretation so if done in a group you are able to hear different ways that the bible can be interpreted to different people. This can enhance your view on scripture for the bible.
Explain how baptism expresses two Christian beliefs
Salvation
Salvation is expressed vividly in Baptism with the Orthodox church believing that Baptism is necessary in order for the salvation of the individual. They believe that the individual needs to be washed, cleansing the individual from all sins, then they are allowed to be saved. This is based on the writings of Mark 16:15-16 Stating that he who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned.
the divinity and humanity of Jesus Christ
Baptism is a sign that you dedicate your life to Christ. The divinity and humanity of Jesus Christ are shown multiple times through baptism. When the individual has clothed in the white garments, it symbolizes that the person baptised has put on Christ and risen with Christ. Furthermore, this proves the belief of The death and ressurection of Christ as just as the individual has been put to rest and ressurected through the water, so has Jesus as Jesus is now with the individual.
Analyse the importance of sacred texts in one Christian practice.
The sacred text of the bible is very important in Bible Study as it is the basis of the practice. It allows Bible study to be a practice of its own. The sacred text allows Christians to be able to interpret the teachings of God in their own way and attempt to integrate them into their own life. Without the Bible, these Christians would not know how to live like Jesus and would not be able to interpret the teachings of Jesus in their on way. They would have to rely on the sayings of priests which may have been changed from generation to generation. This was happening when Martin Luther was alive, with priests giving incorrect information. Martin Luther was able to interpret and read the bible and uncover the wrongdoings of the church.
