What are the general functions of the yang qiao mai?

A
  • absorb excess yang Qi from the head
  • in full conditions the eyes can’t close (insomnia)
  • in excess conditions the lateral muscles of the legs are tight while the medial aspect is slack
  • unilateral back pain or sciatica
  • full urinary conditions (dribbling urine)
  • wind bi syndrome and hemiplegia
  • EPF wind
  • epileptic seizures during the night
