- Russia to fight Japan along with the Allies once Germany was defeated.
- Divide Germany and Berlin into 4 sections.
- Countries liberated from Germany could choose how they were Governed.
- All to join the new United Nations.

- How much Germany should pay in reperations.
- Stalin wanted the Polish border further to the west in order to protect Russia.
- Stalin wanted to establish a communist system in Poland whilst Churchill and Roosevelt wanted there to be free elections.
