Typical radiation adjuvant for EAC and definitive dose for recurrent EAC per ESGOg 2021

XRT 45-50.4 Gy in 25-28 fractions over 5-6 weeks
Integrated or sequential EBRT boost: of 55-60 Gy for microscopical and up to 66Gy for macroscopic bulky disease
Recurrent EAC: w/ image guided adaptive brachytherapy, preferably w/ MRI: aiming for total dose (EQD2_10) of 80-85Gy to CTV D90 (Clinical tumor volume)
