What is section 2 of RTA
Dangerous Driving - A person who drives a mechanically propelled vehicle dangerously on a road or other public place is guilty of an offence.
What is section 3 of RTA
Careless or inconsiderate driving - Any person who drives a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place without due care and attention for other persons using the road or place is guilty of an offence.
e.g. eating a sandwich, sorting hair out.

What is section 4 of RTA
Driving through drink and drugs - It is an offence for any person to drive, attempt to drive or be in charge of a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place whilst unfit through drink and drugs.
What is section 5 RTA
It is an offence for any person to: drive, attempt to drive or be in charge of a motor vehicle on a road or other public place after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in their breath, blood or urine exceeds the prescribed limit
What are the Questions to ask when someone is under the influence of alcohol?
