what is the WTO
A
World trade organisation
- they encourage trade by removing or reducing trade barriers
- they encourage countries to draw up trade agreemenents to counter anti-dumping policies

what does the WTO do in a dispute
A
If there is a dispute btween brazil and thailand, they will submit a case, which will be looked at by experts within the committee of the WTo and a judgement will be made.
