What is Murphy’s sign and what does it indicate?
A deviation of knuckle pattern - one depressed or sunken in.
Indicated lunotriquetral instability
What is treatment for TFCC tear?
Splinting and exercise; if chronic or positive ulnar variance - recommend surgery
