Killed more than 25 million people in the fourteenth century. Mainly throughout Europe
Why did the people challenge the catholic church?
People were fed up with the sale of indulgences and corrupt leadership in the Church
How did the ideas of the Reformation become so disruptive?
The printing press allowed ideas to spread more easily encouraging people to think for themselves and challenge the authority of the Church.
