A thorough needs analysis examines trains needs on three levels
- Organisational
- Task
- Individual
Organisational analysis
This examines where training is needed in the organisation and under what conditions the training will be conducted
Task analysis
Task analysis begins with the job recruitments and compares employee knowledge and skills to determine training
Individual analysis
Individual analysis targets individual employees and how they perform their job. Most common, use information and data form employees performance review
