• Bronze: men were tough, trained and warlike, eventually destroyed each other, ended with a flood
• Race of Heroes –> Most greek and roman mythology takes places here, time were heroes and demigods lived
• Race of Iron –> Heiod’s time, era of desolations, destruction and pain, humans would fight each other and care only for themselves
