Default is 10, 100 is max.

- access to landing page/ dashboard

Why can I not delete a custom report definition that I can access?
you cannot delete a custom report definition actively used anywhere, such as a worklet
How can I see when a custom report was last updated?
Select Audits –> Audit Trails OR
run the “All custom reports” tasks and from there view the last updated field information
How can I see who all a report was shared with?
- Create Custom report using data source “All Custom Reports” as Advanced Report
- Include the fields “Report, Report Owner, Sharing Option, Authorized User”
