Given climb altitude to 9,500 and hdg 340
ops check, tsd up, VHF to CH16
At or below 10,000 MSL, PCola App handoff to Jax CH 16
UFH to CH12
“Jax center, black bird 123 request NMOA block 2A”
“Black bird 123, cleared into NMOA, black 2A, frequency change approved”
climb to transition altitude and CH15 past 12,000
If unable to get comms, fly Blocks B/C and fl until contact with JAX

A

Make call to Jax CH16 VHF
“Jax Center, Black bird 123, request random descent VFR”
“Black Bird 123, roger, report leaving 12000”
“Black bird 123, will report leaving 12000”

At 12,000 MSL
“Jax Center, Black Bird 123 leaving 12000”
“Black Bird 123, squawk 1200, frequency change approved”
“Black Bird 123, squawk 1200, frequency change approved”

Monitor CH 12

Exit Areas:
depart laterally at transition layer
descend through Pelican 1B or 4C
descend through Pelican after advisory call on CH12
“Pelican Traffic, Black Bird 123 descending 2A/3A border”
Descend to low transition level via border lines of Pelican working blocks

A
With proceed on course, turn 360
4500 or 5500 when cleared
cancel advisories passing HWY 4 (12 DME)
Head toward NSE340/15
Call on CH12

-no response requires no further transmissions
Climb/ to 5200 and go direct to working areas
-once established
